TACDEV provides specialized travel, outfitting and logistical support for corporate groups, executive travelers, incentive programs and privately organized expeditions.

From initial concept through final execution, we coordinate complex travel experiences around each client’s objectives, schedule, destination and desired level of involvement. Our role may include destination research, itinerary development, transportation, accommodations, specialized clothing and equipment, local operational support and contingency planning.

Specialized Experiences

Our experience includes K2 base-camp treks, F/A-18 Hornet flight experiences, Arctic snowmobile expeditions in Svalbard, guided hunting expeditions in Alaska, Africa and Finland, private island destinations in the Pacific and Caribbean and fully developed themed experiences.

These programs can range from refined private travel to physically demanding adventures requiring specialized equipment, environmental preparation, and extensive logistical support.

Clothing and Equipment

TACDEV develops complete clothing and equipment packages appropriate to each destination, activity and traveler. Through direct relationships with leading apparel and equipment manufacturers, we can source technical expedition gear, coordinated corporate clothing, custom garments and luxury travel wardrobes.

Our wardrobe specialists balance appearance, comfort, performance and environmental protection so participants arrive properly prepared without having to manage the technical details themselves.
